Two seminar programs (face-to-face and online) were organized by the Institute within the framework of the promotion of the “Abay in the Context of World Culture” program. The face-to-face part of the seminar was held in Gazi Faculty of Education F Block Conference Hall. Our Institute Director Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelişli, Deputy Directors Prof. Dr. Şaban Çetin, Assoc. Dr. Ayşe Yalçın Çelik and our Institute Secretary Ceylan Yavuz Konuk and many academics, administrative staff and students attended the program. 

The program started with the Institute Director Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelişli. The seminar continued with the the faculty members of Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University Department of Kazakh Teaching to Foreigners, Prof. Dr. Begaliyeva Saule Bayazovna, Assoc. Dr. Nuruhanova Gunçam Maydanovna and Lecturer Shmakova Elena Sergeyevna’s presentations about “Kazakhstan in the World Education System”, “Abay in the Context of World Culture” and “The Role of Abay in the Turkish World”. The first part of the program ended with Our Institute Director, Prof. Dr. Yücel GELİŞLİ's presentation of a certificate of appreciation to the faculty members of Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Prof. Dr. Begaliyeva Saule Bayazovna, Assoc. Dr. Nuruhanova Gunçam Maydanovna and Lecturer Shmakova Elena Sergeyevna. 

The second part of the seminar was held online.  The faculty members of Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University completed their presentations by inviting our students to their universities. The program ended with the Institute Director, Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelişli’s thanking the speakers and participants who participated in the seminar program.
