Applications/Final Registrations will take place online, and the candidates must approve the Application Confirmation (I Accept) Text and the Final Registration Commitment Text in the system. Applications which not approved in due time will not be considered.

According to official letter titled the Reducing Bureaucracy in Documents Required for Registration, written by Presidency of Council of Higher Education, only those documents that cannot be retrieved online from secure electronic media will be uploaded to the system as a pdf document. Also, all candidates must upload passport photos with biometric features (in .jpg format).


► For technical problems related to the Application and Registration Process: A faster and more efficient solution will be offered if you send the system warning message (screenshot) with the Identity/Candidate Number, the program applied for and the problem experienced, to egtbilbasvuru@gazi.edu.tr.


► It is crucial to register with frequently-used e-mail address as the candidate will be contacted via this e-mail address.

Financial Provisions ARTICLE 13- (1) The examination fee and the evaluation fee are deposited into the accounts determined by the University’s Revolving Fund Management in accordance with Article 58 of the Law No. 2547.

International candidates are required to deposit the application fee of $100 to the account specified below and upload the receipt to the application system.

Contact Information

Correspondence via e-mail is of an official nature. It is important to use the e-mail address actively used while registering to the system. Exam Information (ALES and YDS)

The validity period of the ALES score is 5 years from the date of the announcement of the exam result.

Our students with GRE/GMAT score instead of ALES score; should write the ALES equivalents of the GRE/GMAT scores to the system. The application period must not have expired after 5 years from the date of commencement. ALES conversion table

YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL/e-YÖKDİL: It is valid for 5 years from the date of the exam.

Programs

Evaluation of each Program applied by the candidate is calculated independently of each other.

In the graduate applications of our Institute, it is not possible to apply to more than one graduate program with thesis at the same time, except for the non-thesis master's programs.

 

Control and Approval

Unapproved applications will not be considered. WARNING: When the candidate makes any corrections or actions in his application, the application approval is automatically removed. Therefore, after each adjustment, the candidate must give approval for the application.
