INSTRUCTIONS

Candidates who wish to benefit from the scope of the Provisional Article 83 added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and to the Law No. 7417, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 05 July 2022 and numbered 31887, are required to apply within four months from the effective date of this article (until the end of the workday of 07 November 2022).

Those who are doing their military service on the effective date of the law can benefit from the rights specified in the Provisional Article 83 if they apply within two months following their discharge.

Those who could not apply due to force majeure within the application period will be able to benefit from the specified rights if they submit the relevant committee report within one month from the date the force majeure disappears, and those who cannot apply for health reasons will be able to benefit if they submit the committee report until the end of the workday on 05 December 2022.

Applications can be made to the relevant Institute in person or through the person to whom a notarized letter of attorney is given. Applications made by mail, cargo, document pass (fax), e-mail, etc. will not be considered.

Application Start Date: 05 July 2022

Application Deadline: 07 November 2022 until the end of the working hours (17.30).

Those Who Are Doing Military Service: The students must apply within two months following the date of discharge.

The announcement for the students who want to transfer to our university from other universities within the scope of amnesty will be published later.

Those, who are dismissed from the amnesty law for whatever reason it is, will not benefit from the following:

. Terrorist offenses and willful killing offenses (articles 81, 82 and 83),

. Torture (articles 94 and 95),

. The crime of torment (article 96),

. Sexual assault (article 102),

. Child sexual abuse (article 103),

Those convicted of the crime of manufacturing and trading in drugs or stimulant substances (article 188), those whose registration was canceled due to forged documents, those who gave false documents during registration, and those who are guilty of the crimes written in Article 71 of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 of 5/12/1951, and those who have been dismissed due to their membership, affiliation or contact with terrorist organizations or structures, formations or groups determined by the National Security Council to act against the national security of the State.
